Hi friends lets make a sandwich with co co co coconut COCONUT SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
Hung Curd – 1/4 cup
Coconut Powder – 1/8 cup
Ginger – 1/22 tsp, grated
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Brown Bread Slices – 4 (or Burger Buns
– 2)
Salt as per taste
METHOD:
1. Combine the curd, coconut powder,
ginger and salt in a bowl. Mix well and keep aside. Remove the crusts from the slices
and cut into rounds.
2. Spread the curd mixture on 2 slices
and cover with the other slices.Heat oil in a pan. Add the mustard and curry leaves.
3. Place the sandwiches and fry till
crisp on both sides. Remove and serve hot with ketchup.
