DIM SUM CHAAT


Hi friends . here comes a special chaat for youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu .. enjoy it by preparing 


DIM SUM CHAAT 

INGREDIENTS:

DIM SUM – 10

SPRING ONIONS – 1/2 CUP, CHOPPED

TOMATO – 1, CHOPPED

CORIANDER LEAVES – 3 TSP, CHOPPED

GREEN CHILLIES – 1 OR 2, CHOPPED

OIL – 3 TSP

RED CHILLI PASTE – 1 TSP

RICE OR DAL PAKORAS – 8 TO 10

PEANUTS TO GARNISH

ALOO BHUJIA TO GARNISH


METHOD:

1. HEAT THE OIL AND FRY THE SPRING ONIONS FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES.

2. ADD THE TOMATOES, GREEN CHILLIES AND CHILLI PASTE.

3. MIX IN THE PAKORAS.

4. FINALLY ADD THE DIMSUMS AND TOSS GENTLY.

5. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, PEANUTS AND BHUJIA.
