SPINACH PANEER SANDWICH

Hi friends spinach good for health . y cant we have breakfast by preparing sandwich with spinach .. lets do it 
SPINACH PANEER SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

Spinach – 1/2 cup, chopped

Paneer – 4 slices

Tomato – 1, small, sliced

Red Onion – 1/8 cup, finely sliced

Bread Slices – 4

Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp

Onion – 1/2, chopped

Red Chillies – 1, small, seeded, finely chopped

Garlic – 1 to 2 cloves, chopped

Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated

Plain Yogurt – 1 tblsp

Lettuce Leaves – handful

Salt as per taste

Pepper Powder as per taste

Olive Oil – 1/2 tblsp


METHOD:

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garam masala powder and stir-fry for 30 seconds.Add chopped onions, red chillies, garlic and ginger.

2. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or till onions are soft. Add the chopped spinach and cook for another minute or two.

2. Transfer the spinach mixture to a blender and puree until smooth. Add yogurt, salt and pepper.

3. Blend again till well combined. Spread the spinach on two bread slices. Add a little lettuce, a slice of paneer, tomato and red onion slices.

4. Cover with the other halves.Serve toasted (or as it is) with ketchup.

Tip: If desired you can fry the paneer slices lightly.
