DRY FRUITS KOZHUKATTAI

INGREDIENTS:

Raw Rice Flour – 1 cup

Dry Fruits – 3 tsp (cashewnuts, raisins and almonds), chopped

Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated

Honey – 2 tsp

Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp


METHOD:

1. Combine the dry fruits, honey, coconut and cardamom powder in a bowl.

2. Mix well.

3. Add enough water to the rice flour and mix.

4. Make small balls and shape them into cups.

5. Add a spoonful of the dry fruits mixture and fold well.

6. Steam cook the kozhukattais for 10 minutes and remove.
