FRUITY PANEER CURRY 


INGREDIENTS:


Paneer – 250 gms

Pineapple Slices – 2 (fresh or tinned)
Grapes – 1/2 cup

Green Peas – 100 gms

Green Chillies – 5 to 6

Ginger Paste – 1 tsp

Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup

Grated Coconut – 1/4 cup

Cashewnut Paste – 1 tbsp

Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Onion – 1, finely chopped

Cream – 1/4 cup

Oil – 4 tbsp

Cumin Powder – 4 tbsp

Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt as per taste


METHOD:

1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion.

2. Mix the green peas, green chilli, ginger, garlic, coconut, cashewnut and coriander leaves. 3. Grind to a         paste.

4. Add the ground masala and fry for 5 minutes.

5. Add salt to taste and the dry masala.

6. Add the paneer and fruits and fry for 5 more minutes.

7. Add the cream and remove from the fire.

8. Serve hot.
